The All-Access Pass

Proverbs 2:6 (NLT)
“For the LORD grants wisdom! From his mouth come knowledge and understanding.”

The Myth of the Self-Made Mind

Let’s settle this once and for all: Wisdom is not gained if it is not granted. You can seek after knowledge and research information until you are exhausted, but it is all for nothing if God does not grant you access. The world is riddled with “educated fools”—people who have amassed copious amounts of data and yet remain spiritually destitute.
True Wisdom must be sought from God and God alone. You will never gain it outside of a total, humble surrender before Yehua Elohiym, the Most High. To go through your day without engaging the Word is a setup for destruction. To mute the voice of the man of God and mitigate his involvement in your life isn’t just a “difference of opinion”—it is a clear sign of disobedience and a lack of maturity. Psalm 119:118 warns that God rejects those who stray from His decrees; they are only fooling themselves. If you aren’t seeking Wisdom from the Source, you are effectively seeking your own ruin.

The Practice:

Activating the All-Access Pass

1. The Primary Encounter
Make God and His Word the Primary Encounter of your day. This cannot be a “casual involvement” or something you fit in if you have time. If you don’t start your day at the Source, you are trying to navigate a minefield without a map. Put the Word first, and everything else will find its proper place.
2. The Cognitive Override
Be coachable! This means allowing the truths of God’s Word to override your normal course of action or your “human” reasoning. When the Word contradicts your feelings or your “common sense,” the Word must win. Maturity is the ability to tell your own brain “No” when God says “Yes.”
3. Step Out of Your Own Way
Intentionally step out of your own way today. Most of the time, we are our own worst problem. Our pride, our ego, and our “plans” act as barriers to God’s best. When you surrender your will, God gives you an “All-Access Pass” to the treasures of Knowledge and Understanding that the world can’t even perceive.

Today’s Declaration:

“I am resigning as the architect of my own wisdom. I acknowledge that true understanding only comes from the mouth of the Lord. I choose to make His Word my primary encounter, allowing His Truth to override my own impulses. I am stepping out of my own way today and stepping into the All-Access Pass of God’s perfect plan!”

You can’t learn what you think you already know. Today is a great day to make a Fresh Start!
God bless,
