The Divine Blue Print

Proverbs 24:5-6 (NLT)
“A wise man is mightier than a strong man, and a man of knowledge is more powerful than a strong man. So don’t go to war without wise guidance; victory depends on having many counselors.”

Beyond Brute Force

What are you really seeking? If victory is your goal and success is your desire, you must realize that effort alone is not enough. You can work yourself to exhaustion, but without wisdom, you are just a strong man walking in circles. Knowledge, wisdom, and understanding are the “force multipliers” that put you on the winner’s stand every time.
The strategy for success starts with surroundings. This proverb makes it clear: you cannot go to war solo. The implication is that you must surround yourself with wise people—incorporating them into your business before, during, and after the battle. Victory isn’t a lucky accident; it is the inevitable result of a life built on a foundation of counsel.

The Practice:

Engineering the Win

1. The “All-In” Decision
Decide today that winning—in the way God defines it—is the only acceptable outcome for you. Put all your cards on the table before the Lord. Be honest with Him and with yourself. What are you willing to sacrifice? What limits are you willing to break? You cannot win a battle you aren’t fully committed to fighting.
2. The Result Audit
Inspect your past performance with brutal honesty. Did your previous methods give you the results you wanted? If not, why are you still using them? Failure is only a waste if you refuse to learn the lesson it’s trying to teach you. If the “strong man” approach failed, it’s time for the “wise man” approach.
3. The Pastoral Link
Pull the man of God into the center of every area where you want victory. Why? Because that is the divine design. Your destiny is intertwined with the one God has called to lead you. If you haven’t found that connection yet, seek God today to reveal where you need to be. Victory is a team sport, and your Pastor is the coach God provided for your soul.
4. The Execution of Advice
Do what Wisdom says! After you have obtained knowledge and guidance, you must obey it. There is nothing more dangerous than asking for Godly counsel and then blatantly ignoring it. Knowledge without obedience is just a more expensive way to fail. Start executing the plan now!

Today’s Declaration:

“I am resigning from the life of ‘Brute Force.’ I declare that Wisdom is my strength and Knowledge is my power. I am surrounding myself with Godly counsel and aligning my life with the vision of my Pastor. I will not go to war alone, and I will not ignore the guidance I receive. I am a winner by design, and my victory is inevitable!”*

Strength can win a battle, but Wisdom wins the war. Today is a great day to make a Fresh Start!
Father God, thank you for Your Word. Help me to hear You and obey You. Help me to not mess up how You’re choosing to bless me. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
God bless,
+Pastor Kris
